Overview
Original interbank payment design was created for DVT for their client Standard Bank. Based on the research I had conducted within the payments team for their client. The below Figma case study is based on the old work. My role was Product Designer and Junior Business Systems Analyst. Core focus was Android & iOS design for retail customer flows.

The below case study was created as an alternative to the original work created for DVT and their client for SARB. As most people would already know or have seen PayShap in their banking, I have opted to instead create something new outside of the original PayShap project. Hence why the case study featured below focuses on WhatsApp as the main platform for dealing with customers instead of traditional banking.
